Assignment:  In a group of three, devise an effect size measure based on a study that you might conduct in the future (or one that you have already conducted).  Explain the question; describe the experiment, and the response variables you will collect. Based on the biological problem you are addressing, define and justify how you would quantify “effect size” (especially in light of possible alternatives).  You and your group will give a 5 minute PowerPoint presentation during the next class.
